Product Uses

The water immersion ultrasonic flaw detector is suitable for C-scan inspection systems of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper alloy, and composite materials. It is an ultrasonic testing equipment used in industries such as aerospace, shipbuilding, and non-ferrous metals to detect internal defects such as cracks, delamination, adhesive layers, inclusions, and pores.

Features

Ø  Objects to be tested: flat plates, cylinders, cones, spherical caps, and bodies of revolution;

Ø  The software displays scanning modes such as A scan, B scan, C scan, D scan, and thickness measurement.

Ø  C-scan tomography software can perform slicing analysis on parts, with a minimum slice size of 0.1 mm;

Ø  Probe types: point focusing, line focusing

Ø  It supports quantitative analysis functions, which can display the location, shape and size of internal defects in the tested part in the form of images, and perform defect size and area statistics, and automatically calculate defect area and defect rate.

Ø  It supports automatic defect location and is suitable for simultaneous scanning and analysis of single or multiple workpieces. It features precise positioning, high detection accuracy, and intuitive C-scan imaging.

Ø  The new ultrasonic board adopts a wide bandwidth range, high sampling rate, and high repetition frequency of the ultrasonic system.

C-scanning software can directly measure the defect area, the distance between defects, evaluate defects, and mark abnormal areas, which facilitates experimental research and recording.

Ø  The system has an unattended operation function. After the user sets the parameters, the system can automatically scan, save data and perform other tasks. After the scan is completed, it will automatically return to the origin and wait for the next scan.

Ø  The data acquisition and analysis software features a Chinese user interface (an English interface is also available). The user interface is friendly, easy to operate, and provides intuitive results , reducing the technical skill requirements for operators. Functionality can be continuously upgraded according to customer needs.
